Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the new pharmacy location improves the pet owner experience without compromising speed or accuracy.
With three other pharmacies serving pet owners across the United States (Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas), we set our sights on improving shipping times for pet owners in the Southeast.
“This is our fastest ramp-up of any pharmacy location to date,” said Yili Malech, vice president of pharmacy operations. “Expanding our footprint quickly allows us to get significantly closer to our customers.”
The Atlanta pharmacy is led by Dr. Chris Jones, pharmacist in charge, and Kovaski Jones, operations manager. Each brings more than 20 years of specialized experience in pharmacy and operations.

With our advanced technology and order routing systems — along with the high-quality standards we’re known for — the Atlanta pharmacy is expected to ship 1,500 items per day in the first month. It will scale to 12,000 orders per day by the end of its first year.
