Shipping carriers are again expecting record demand during the holiday season. To make sure your patients have the nutrition and therapy products they need when they need them, we put together some tips to share with clients. Check Regularly — Make sure you have enough food and medication on hand Plan Ahead — Consider ordering a few days earlier than you usually would Adjust AutoShip Dates — If you have any AutoShip orders, adjust the delivery dates by 4-5 days You can find a handout of these tips and more in the help menu in Services Home, ready to post in your practice or give to clients. We’ve also made sure to include this information throughout the pet parent purchase process. Plus, clients can always track their orders or adjust settings by logging in to their account at your online store. If they need a little help, you can also make changes and track orders for them by looking up their record in ScriptRight®. (And if you need a refresher on how to do this, the help menu also has step-by-step walkthroughs to assist you.) We hope this helps ensure your clients are aware of these potential delays and avoid any gaps in care for their pets. From all of us at Vetsource, we wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season!
