SMS texting terms and conditions

Program descriptions
Vetsource sends text messages to pet owners on behalf of veterinary practices who are subscribed to our client communication software and services. If your veterinary practice has opted in to sending SMS messages to their clients, you may receive text reminders about your pet’s health. Message content may include but is not limited to health service reminders, appointment confirmations, or direct messages from your veterinary practice.

Cost
Vetsource does not charge a fee to pet owners who are opted in to receive text messages on behalf of their veterinary practice about their pet’s health. Standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received by you or your veterinary practice.

Support/help
Reply to any text message with HELP to see additional information about the service and how to opt out, or contact your veterinary practice if you would like to have your phone number changed or removed. Please contact your veterinary practice directly for questions about your pet’s healthcare.

How to opt out
Reply to any text message with STOP to opt out from receiving future text messages from your veterinary practice. You can opt back in via your veterinary practice’s mobile app, or by contacting your veterinary practice.

Privacy information
Any information submitted by the mobile user for text messaging purposes will remain the property of the mobile user. Vetsource does not share any information provided by you. We will never collect or redistribute your information without your consent, except where legally required to do so by law/court order.
