How It Works

  • 1
    Your Hill's Territory Manager visits and signs your practice up for an account, providing the practice manager with a Hill's ID number
  • 2
    Practice managers register at hillsvet.com/vip-market and input at least one practice veterinarian's information for approving prescription diets
  • 3
    Once the practice has been set up, team members register their personal accounts at hillsvet.com/vip-market — practice managers must approve all account requests
  • 4
    Upon account approval, staff members log into the VIP Market e-commerce shopping site to place their orders (up to 120 pounds per month) for delivery either to your practice or their homes
  • 5
    If staff order prescription diet products, their orders are routed to the veterinarian for approval
  • 6
    Orders placed for home delivery are shipped through Vetsource to the staff's home in 2-5 business days. Orders placed for clinic delivery are shipped for free through Hill's and are delivered within two Hill's delivery cycles
