Meet the speakers
Jenifer Sheehy, DVM
Dr. Jenifer Sheehy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology with honors from Colorado State University. She received her DVM from Colorado State in 2003 and completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at The Ohio State University.
Following a fellowship in surgery at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston Texas, Dr. Sheehy practiced emergency medicine as the chief medical officer for Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists Emergency Service. Dr. Sheehy joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2013 as a field scientific liaison, and recently joined the Zoetis headquarters team as the medical lead for canine parasiticides. Dr. Sheehy has a special interest in clinical pharmacology. Jenifer shares her home with 2 young tuxedo kittens and spends her spare time riding motorcycles around the world.
Eric Garcia
Eric Garcia is an internationally recognized IT and digital strategist working exclusively with veterinary practices. In addition to a long list of satisfied clients, his work has been recognized throughout the industry.
When it comes to helping veterinary practices streamline their technology and attract and retain clients, Eric has a proven track record of educating the industry and producing results. He speaks regularly at conferences throughout the world. He has been published in top veterinary magazines and is a contributing author of The Five-Minute Veterinary Practice Management Consult (15 chapters on technology, digital communications, and marketing).
