If your practice has PetMail enabled, the Reminder email would replace the PetMail email that week — this helps make sure that your clients are getting only the most relevant emails for their pet’s needs.

These emails are sent to pet owners who have purchased multi-dose packs of preventatives, reminding them to give their pets their monthly dose shortly before it’s due.
Check or change your email settings
You’re in control. Change your reminder email settings at any time by contacting your account representative.
Changes may take up to 2 weeks
To ensure quality control, requested changes may take up to 2 weeks to take effect and may not apply to emails already scheduled within that time frame.
Clients can update their preferences
In addition to your practice’s specific settings, individual pet owners can also unsubscribe or update their email preferences at any time.
In-practice reminder emails
For eligible practices*, these emails are sent based on both home delivery and in-practice purchase information for preventatives and nutrition only and encourage clients to repurchase either in practice or online.
*These emails are only available to practices that are deeply integrated.
