PetMail+ emails
PetMail+ emails are sent on Tuesdays, with an additional second chance email sent on Fridays for those clients who did not click on Tuesday’s email. On average, these highly effective second-chance sends account for 40% of weekly revenue.

Check or change your email settings
You’re in control. Change your email frequency and other settings at any time in the admin section of Practice Home or by contacting your account manager.
Changes may take up to 2 weeks
To ensure quality control, requested changes may take up to 2 weeks to take effect and may not apply to emails already scheduled within that time frame.
Clients can update their preferences
In addition to your practice’s specific settings, individual pet owners can also unsubscribe or update their email preferences at any time.
Data integration enables the highest accuracy for client emails
By connecting your practice management software to Vetsource, you’re ensuring that clients will receive emails based on the most up-to-date pet information.

Targeted emails
For eligible* practices, these emails replace regularly scheduled emails in any given week, so pet owners receive the most relevant content each week. The rules for who receives an email and when it is sent depends on the individual email or pet owner. Pet owners will not receive more than 3 emails per week.
Note: All promotions, creative images, and discounts are subject to change. If you opted into product-specific emails, but do not have all the featured products in your catalog, your clients will receive the generic version of the email pictured. If your catalog does have all of the featured products, your clients will receive a product-specific version of the email. View an example.
*Some emails are only available to practices with a complete data connection.
EquineMail emails
EquineMail is sent every two weeks on Tuesday, with new clients receiving a specific welcome email introducing your online store.
