Will my practice have to switch over to the new experience?

Yes, all practices will be transitioned to the new experience by the middle of 2023.

When will my practice switch over?

Updates will happen over the summer. We’ll email you to let you know the exact date when it’s coming up. You’ll also see a banner displayed in Services Home with information about the switch and what to expect.

Can we see an overview of the new experience prior to switching?

Yes, you can! Watch our free on-demand webinar to get a look at the new Practice Home.

What if my staff and I need help navigating this change?

We have product tours as well as how-to articles and videos in the new experience to help you learn how to complete important tasks and easily transition without interruption. We’ll also be hosting a series of live trainings with Q&A — look for more information in your home delivery platform or your email inbox.

Can we switch early or on a specific date?

No, practices will be rolled over in 5 separate groups to make sure we can give you the best support and resources possible during the transition.

Can we revert back to the old experience?

No, once you’re switched to Practice Home, you can’t go back to the old experience. If you need help navigating the new experience, we’re here to support you with resources and trainings.
